报名：参加联谊赛的选手必须在总联会官方网站（www.cmachina.club）上进行参赛报名,每个球会仅限一人参加比赛;
Registration: Participants to the Tournament must sign up on the official website of the Conference (www.cmachina.club). Only one player may participate in the tournament from each club.
参赛资格及球员分组：
Qualification and player teams:
1. 南北对抗赛：比赛以长江为界划分南（17个省）、北（17个省）两队，所有参赛选手根据所在区域自动成为南、北队队员；
1. North vs. South: The match is between two teams of South (17 provinces) and North (17 provinces), as divided by the Yangtze River. All participants are automatically assigned to teams according to their locations;
2. 联谊赛：
◎2023年10月28日在年会指定酒店签到处报到时请与大会工作人员再次确认是否参加联谊赛，并确认选手的相关资料（差点、是否需要租杆）等信息，如无确认登记则视为不参加比赛，未进行网上报名参赛的嘉宾报到登记时视为放弃参赛名额；
◎所有后补参赛选手能否参加比赛均视最终报名情况而定；
◎所有参赛选手由组委会根据差点分组，不得随意换组，否则成绩无效。
2. Tournament:
◎ Please reconfirm your entry to the tournament upon registration at the hotel on 28th Oct. 2023, and confirm your information details (handicap, whether club rental is required). Failure to register will be deemed to be forfeiting entry. Registration upon check-in without online registration is not accepted.
◎ Entry of any player on the waiting list is subject to final registration availability.
◎ All participants are assigned to teams by the organizing committee based on handicaps. Switching teams without permission will render scores invalid.
3. 选手的差点要求：男子不高于28 女子不高于32。
3. Handicap requirement of participants: no higher than 28 for men, and no higher than 32 for ladies.
竞赛规则：比赛采用由中国高尔夫球协会最新审定的《高尔夫球规则》以及竞赛委员会所制定的当地规则。
Rules of game: The games adopt the latest Rules of Golf approved by China Golf Association and local rules formulated by the organizing committee.
成绩统计：
Scoring:
1.南北对抗赛
1. North vs. South
◎南北对抗赛为18洞团体比杆赛；
◎由南、北队的队长各选出20名球手，他们的成绩作为该队的比赛成绩；
◎南北两队取各自20名选定球员的成绩之和，以杆数少的一方为胜方；
◎若两队成绩相同：以有最低杆数的选手方获胜，如最低杆数相同，则比第二低杆数，如此类推直至分出胜负为止；
◎参加对抗赛选手成绩同时计入联谊赛成绩。
◎ North vs. South is 18-hole team stroke play.
◎ Two team leaders choose 20 players for their own team. North and South’s scores are determined by the 20 players of respective teams.
◎Thescores of 20 players each team determined are summed up for North and South, and the team with lower strokes wins.
◎ In the event of scores being tied: The team with the player of lowest strokes wins. In event of lowest strokes tie, take the second lowest stroke, and so on and so forth until the winner is determined.
◎ Scores of players of North vs. South are also counted in the overall Tournament.
2.联谊赛
2. Tournament
◎联谊赛为18洞个人比杆赛，新新贝利亚方式，记分卡必须有同组球员签名方为有效。
◎联谊赛不重复发奖，如同时既获得总杆奖项又获得净杆奖项，将取最好之奖项
◎若两人总杆成绩相同，则以后9洞的杆数之和少者胜，如后9洞的总杆数仍相同，则根据后6洞、后3洞、第18洞、第17洞、第16洞……..以此类推比较成绩，直至分出胜负为止。
◎若两人净杆成绩相同，则以差点低者胜出，如差点相同，则以后9洞、后6洞、后3洞、第18洞、第17洞、第16洞……..以此类推比较成绩，直至分出胜负。
◎ Tournament is a 18-hole individual stroke play with New New Peoria method. Scorecards have to be signed by the player of the same team to be deemed valid.
◎ The Tournament does not grant multiple trophies. For example, if a player wins both Best Gross and Best Net, only the better trophy will be allocated.
◎ In the event of gross score tie between two players, the player with lower total strokes of last 9-hole on the second day wins. If the last 9-hole totals tie again, then take the last 6-hole, last 3-hole, 18th hole, 17th hole, 16th hole… and so on and so forth until the winner is determined.
◎ In the event of net score tie between two players, the player with lower handicap wins. If handicaps tie, then take the last 9-hole, last 6-hole, last 3-hole, 18th hole, 17th hole, 16th hole… and so on and so forth until the winner is determined.
奖项设置：
Trophies:
团体奖项：南北对抗赛冠军，以南、北队选定的20名总杆成绩之和少者胜
Team trophy: Champion of North vs. South, the team with lower gross strokes of to 20 players each team determined wins
联谊赛：
■ 总杆:冠军、亚军、季军（球场组）；
■ 净杆:冠军、亚军、季军（嘉宾组）；
■ 最远距离奖、最近洞奖；
备注：所有奖项不重复发奖，如一人多次获奖，取第一个奖项。
Tournament:
■ Gross: Champion, Second Place, Third Place
■ Net: Champion, Second Place, Third Place
■ Longest Drive, Nearest-to-pin
Note:No multiple trophies will be awarded. If an individual wins more than one prize, only the first will be allocated.
分组及球包管理：
◎承办球会将在接机时或球手入住酒店登记时确认每一个球包对应的客人姓名，贴好名牌，统一存放在承办球会。
◎承办球会依据赛事分组表提前运送球包到比赛场地，分组名单确定后不得变更。球包于赛事结束后统一运输回酒店。
◎比赛分组严格由组委会执行，参赛球员如果不按照大会之分组安排，比赛日将不安排下场。
The draw and golf bag management:
◎The host club will arrange a name sticker and a numbered tag for participant’s golf bag upon airport pickup or hotel check-in;
◎The host club will deliver the golf bags to the golf course in advance, according to group sheet. The draw is not subject to any change once finalized. The host will deliver the golf bags to the hotel after tournament.
◎The draw is strictly controlled by the organizing committee. A participant will not be allowed to play if not conforming to the draw.
