吴士存先生简介

吴士存,历史学博士,博士生导师、研究员。中国南海研究院院长,兼任中国-东南亚南海研究中心理事会主席、中国特色自由贸易港研究院副院长、南京大学中国南海研究协同创新中心副主任等职。曾作为访问学者先后赴美国霍普金斯大学高级国际问题研究院、美国亚太安全研究中心、哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院学习或进修,曾参加美国政府“美国外交政策溯源”等研修项目。1993-2000年,曾作为中国政府代表团成员参与中越北部湾划界谈判。

吴士存院长致力于南海问题研究20多年,长期从事南海史地、海洋划界、国际关系与地区安全战略等跨领域研究,主持相关课题近200项。出版了《海疆声音—吴士存南海热点问题应答选编》《国际海洋法最新案例精选》《南海问题面面观(2016版本)》《中菲南海争议10问》《南沙争端的起源与发展》《南海地区年度形势评估报告》 Solving Disputes for Regional Cooperation and Development in the South China Sea: A Chinese perspective『中国と南沙諸島紛争-問題の起源、経緯と「仲裁裁定」後の展望』等中外文著作30余部;并在《人民日报》《求是》《光明日报》《参考消息》等国内外知名报刊杂志发表《对南海仲裁做全面彻底的“消毒”》《论海洋秩序演变视角下的南海海洋治理》《从四大战略定位透析海南未来发展前景》《勇立潮头开拓进取 海南必将让世人刮目相看》《倡导泛南海经济合作,扛起海南责任担当》《关于构建南海地区安全合作机制的思考》The South China Sea Disputes: What’s Next? South China Sea: How We Got Here and Where We Should Go等中英文论文和时评100多篇。



Wu Shicun has a PhD in history and is president and senior research fellow of China’s National Institute for South China Sea Studies, chairman of board of directors of China-Southeast Asia Research Center on the South China Sea, vice president of China institute of Free Trade Ports of Chinese Characteristics, deputy director of the Collaborative Innovation Center of South China Sea Studies, Nanjing University.

Dr Wu’s research interests cover the history and geography of the South China Sea, maritime delimitation, maritime economy, international relations and regional security strategy. His main single-authored books include What One Needs to Know about the South China Sea (Current Affairs Press, 2016), What One Needs to Know about the Disputes between China and the Philippines (Current Affairs Press, 2014), Solving Disputes for Regional Cooperation and Development in the South China Sea: A Chinese perspective (Chandos Publishing, 2013). His main edited books include: South China Sea Lawfare: Post-Arbitration Policy Options and Future Prospects (South China Sea Think Tank / Taiwan Center for Security Studies, 2017), Arbitration Concerning the South China Sea: Philippines versus China (Ashgate, 2016), UN Convention on the Law of the Sea and the South China Sea (Ashgate, 2015),  Non-Traditional Security Issues and the South China Sea-Shaping a New Framework for Cooperation (Ashgate, 2014), Recent Developments in the South China Sea Dispute: The Prospect of a Joint Development Regime (Routledge, 2014), Securing the Safety of Navigation in East Asia—Legal and Political Dimensions (Chandos Publishing, 2013). Dr Wu has published widely in academic journals and been the subject of frequent media interviews as a senior commentator on South China Sea, and other regional security issues.
